Our RevenueSA Online upgrade has provided increased industry standard security capabilities, which improves security of your taxpayer data including the way user passwords are managed by RevenueSA Online.
A staggered approach is being undertaken to transition RevenueSA Online users to the new password management capabilities, with payroll tax clients on an annual cycle transitioning over the past month.
The second group of RevenueSA Online users to transition are payroll tax clients on a monthly cycle, betting operation tax clients and stamp duty insurance clients. Shortly, these users will be prompted to update their password when they log in to RevenueSA Online.
The configuration of the password requirements will remain the same:
- must be a minimum of 10 characters
- can have a mixture of upper, lower case letters, numbers and symbols
- is case sensitive
You will not be able to re-use your current password.
A transition date for stamp duty and certificate RevenueSA Online users is still being finalising and RevenueSA will advise once this has been scheduled.
