We are improving our password management in RevenueSA Online
Our recent RevenueSA Online upgrade has provided increased industry standard security capabilities, which will improve security of your taxpayer data including the way user passwords are managed by RevenueSA Online.
Over the coming months we will be transitioning existing RevenueSA Online users to the new password management capabilities.
The first group of users to transition are payroll tax clients on an annual return cycle. These users will be prompted to update their password when they next log in to RevenueSA Online (so when you log in to start your annual reconciliation).
The configuration of the password requirements will remain the same:
- must be a minimum of 10 characters
- can have a mixture of upper, lower case letters, numbers and symbols
- is case sensitive
You will not be able to re-use your current password.
Transition dates for other RevenueSA Online users is still being finalising and will advise once this has been scheduled.
