You can now pay land tax and emergency services levy Certificates via BPAY, and cancel invitations and some workspaces in the stamp duty portal

You can now:

  • Pay amounts due on land tax and emergency services levy Certificates via BPAY
  • Cancel invitations sent through the stamp duty portal
  • Cancel workspaces not linked to a stamp duty document

BPAY for Certificates payments

You can now pay amounts due on a Certificate via BPAY.

If you have already purchased a Certificate, simply refresh the Certificate in RevenueSA Online for BPAY payment details.

Some things to be aware of if you pay via the BPAY option:

  • Anyone can pay the amount due via BPAY, it is no longer be restricted to the professional or organisation who ordered the Certificate.
  • BPAY payments are not instant payments and may take up to 3 business days to be received by our account – so make sure you set up the payment prior to the due date of the certificate if you wish to be protected by the land tax indemnity.
  • The BPAY reference number and biller code for the following documents will all be different:
    • Land Tax Assessment
    • Notice of Emergency Services Levy
    • Emergency Services Levy Certificate
    • Land Tax Certificate
  • Ensure you use the BPAY reference number and biller code shown on the Certificate (and not the Assessment/Notice) so payment is applied to the relevant property and, where applicable, a land tax indemnity is applied.
