Emergency services levy (ESL) rates, area factors and land use factors are declared annually in the Emergency Services Funding (Declaration of Levy and Area and Land Use Factors) Notice.

The 2026-27 ESL rates, area factors and land use factors were released in the South Australian Government Gazette on 25 June 2026 and will come into effect from 1 July 2026.
