RevenueSA is made up of competent, committed, diverse and talented staff whose role is to ensure that the Government's revenue is collected efficiently and effectively.
RevenueSA offers a broad range of employment opportunities in order to administer relevant legislation and collect stamp duty, land tax and payroll tax. RevenueSA is also responsible for the collection of the property component of the Emergency Services Levy and administering the First Home Owner Grant. As well as processing returns and calculating tax liabilities, our staff are also actively engaged in lodgement enforcement, compliance activities, taxpayer customer service and enquiry/dispute resolution.
Additionally, we administer government targeted industry rebate schemes such as payroll tax rebates and the stamp duty rebate for inner city dwellers and are involved in Government industry assistance packages such as providing taxation relief in cases of corporate reconstructions or industry relocation packages.
Our aim is to be recognised as an employer of choice by providing a working environment that is healthy and friendly and free from discrimination, that supports and promotes learning and development, continuous improvement and staff participation, and which provides a range of work/life balance options. We also have an active social club environment that facilitates a range of activities and functions for staff.
If you are interested in working in an environment that is challenging and rewarding, we encourage you to apply for positions with us as they are advertised. Positions are included in the South Australian Government's Notice of Vacancies website, which lists all career opportunities available in South Australian Public Sector Departments. Some of the vacancies are only available to current Public Sector employees. Members of the public can apply for vacancies marked (Advt), which are also advertised in the public press (normally The Advertiser).
RevenueSA also provides opportunities for graduates registered with the South Australian Government's Graduate Recruitment Register.
